President George W. Bush is Going to Write A Book
George W. Bush told Brit Hume on Fox News that he is going to write a book. Now, all negative comments aside, I think the book will be at least a little bit interesting. Now, love him, or hate him the president does have a lot to say. He has done a lot of very questionable things in the last eight years. I mean two wars, 9/11, economic meltdown, etc. He wants to put pen to paper and tell everyone in the United States what his take on those events is. I do not think that I would personally buy a book that he wrote but I think some people especially die hard republicans will rush to the bookstores when this book finally hits the shelves. Everyone deserves to tell their side of the story I guess. Most presidents do write memoirs and books after they leave the White House. Living in the White House must be such an interesting experience to go through. It is something few people ever will experience. Would any of you read or buy the book that the president is going to write?
No. I have better things to do than read a fiction-puff piece probably not even written by G.W. Shrub about his legacy or in defense of his actions…
My question is how in the world will he be able to write a book when he doesn’t even read them? He only looks at pictures - his words not mine.
Haha, LOL. A book by Bush. We are so tired right now. We need a break. Why buy something that retells stories we are tired of hearing?
I’m sure it will to the New York Times fiction bestseller list when it comes out. Now if you want to read a great memoir, I highly recommend Too Fat to Fish by Artie Lange. If Bush’s book is even a fraction as good as this book, it’ll do well.
PS: how appropriate that on a post about Bush one of the captcha words is “rectum.” Rectum? It damn near killed him!
er, I’m sure it will TOP the New York Times…
